Office interior design in Dubai with the warmth of a home

Good office interiors are felt before they are noticed — the light is right, the chair is comfortable, the room is quiet enough to think. We design workplaces in timber, stone and textile that feel closer to a well-kept home than to a corporate floor.

Material-led, not trend-led

We build each project around a short palette — usually one timber, one stone and one textile — and let it run through every room. That restraint is what makes a space feel calm and considered, and it keeps the design from dating.

Colour arrives through a single accent used with purpose: a lacquered desk, a fluted wall, an upholstered lounge.

Executive floors and private offices

Private offices and boardrooms carry the weight of first impressions. We design them as rooms with their own character — integrated shelving, display lighting, art and furniture chosen together — while keeping them practical for daily work and video calls.

Light, acoustics and comfort

Dubai towers bring strong direct sun and hard glazed surfaces. We plan layouts around daylight, add layered artificial lighting for the evening, and use timber slats, upholstered panels and rugs so rooms stay quiet without looking acoustic.

Questions we’re asked

What is the difference between interior design and a fit-out?
Interior design decides how the space looks, works and feels: layout, materials, lighting and furniture. The fit-out is the construction that builds it. We do the design and the furniture, and coordinate the fit-out contractor so the built result matches the design.
Can you redesign our office without a full rebuild?
Often, yes. New furniture, lighting, joinery and soft finishes can change how an office feels without moving walls. We assess what can stay before proposing what should change.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Our studio is in Business Bay, Dubai, and most of our work is in the city. Projects elsewhere in the UAE are considered case by case.
